8. Payment Information

P2P Crypto Tracker is a digital subscription service. Depending on your country and the checkout option displayed, payments may be processed either:

  • Via ChipCard a.d. Beograd using the MerchantSafe Unipay (MSU) payment gateway, or
  • Via Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record (MoR).

The applicable processor for your transaction will be clearly indicated on the checkout page and/or in the email receipt.

8.1 Card Payments via ChipCard / MerchantSafe Unipay (MSU)

All payments processed through ChipCard a.d. Beograd via the MSU gateway are executed in the official currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian dinar (RSD). Prices displayed in other currencies (for example EUR or USD) are for informational purposes only and are based on the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia as of the date of display.

The amount charged to your payment card will be converted to your local currency at the exchange rate used by the card organizations. Due to currency conversion, there may be a minor difference between the final charged amount and the price displayed on our website.

8.1.1 Payment Security (MSU / ChipCard)

When entering payment card information, confidential data is transmitted over a public network in protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI systems, which are currently considered industry-standard cryptographic technologies.

The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by ChipCard a.d. Beograd, and the entire card payment process is carried out on ChipCard's secure pages. At no time are payment card details available to, or stored on, our systems.

8.1.2 Acceptance of Payment Cards

The Merchant is obligated to accept all validly presented payment cards without requesting additional information that is not otherwise necessary for execution of the transaction.

The Merchant may not display notices stating that there is a transaction amount below or above which a valid VISA, EC/MC or Maestro card will not be accepted. However, the Merchant may define and display a general minimum or maximum transaction amount that applies regardless of the payment method.

Payment cards must be accepted without discrimination or favoring one card brand or method over another.

8.1.3 Transaction Type

This Service provides digital access immediately upon successful payment. For this reason, the Merchant uses a Single-Message (Sale) transaction type, where the card is charged at the moment of purchase.

Delayed capture transactions (DMS Authorization/Capture) are not used because the Service does not involve physical shipment or delivery of goods.

8.1.4 Card Data Entry Page

Payment card data required to complete the transaction is entered exclusively on a secure ChipCard web page. The User is redirected from our website to the ChipCard Hosted Payment Page (HPP), where all necessary payment card details are entered in accordance with the official technical specifications for e-commerce integration.

The Merchant is not permitted to embed or display the card entry page within the website using iFrame or similar technologies.

8.1.5 Payment Confirmation

After the payment process is completed, regardless of the outcome (successful or unsuccessful), the User will receive a payment confirmation both on the website and via email to the address provided during the ordering process. The confirmation will include:

  • Clear information about the payment result and whether the payment card has been charged.
  • User details (name, email, and address).
  • Order details (ordered service, price, quantity, tax, and total amount, along with the assigned OrderID).
  • Merchant details (business name, tax ID, and address).
  • Transaction metadata (order number, authorization code, status and status code, transaction number, date, amount, and reference ID).

In case of unsuccessful payment, the following message (or a similar message) will be displayed:

"Payment was not successful, your account has not been charged. The most common cause is an incorrectly entered card number, expiration date, or security code. Please try again, and if the problem persists, contact your bank."

8.1.6 Delivery Confirmation for Digital Services

This Service provides digital access delivered electronically. As such, no physical delivery receipt is required. Activation of the User's subscription and access to the platform serves as proof of delivery.

The Merchant logs subscription activation time and User access records, which are stored securely for a minimum period of three (3) years and may be provided upon request in the event of a transaction dispute.

8.1.7 Prohibited Transactions

The Merchant agrees to sell goods and services in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Serbia. It is strictly prohibited to offer, advertise, or sell products or services in the following categories:

  • Radioactive, poisonous, or explosive materials.
  • Chemical products harmful to the environment.
  • Protected animal or plant species.
  • Human or animal organs.
  • Narcotic drugs.
  • Medicines (where not legally permitted).
  • Pornographic material.

The Merchant will refuse and prevent any attempted transaction involving prohibited items or activities.

8.1.8 Confidentiality of Data

Personal and address information provided by the User during the purchase process is considered confidential and treated as a business secret. The Merchant is prohibited from selling, sharing, or exchanging the User’s personal information or payment card data with third parties, except when required by ChipCard or by competent state authorities.

If the Merchant intends to send promotional material to Users using personal information obtained from e-commerce transactions, the Merchant will clearly inform the User in advance and provide a simple option to opt out of marketing communications.

The Merchant does not request, process, or store payment card data in any electronic form. The Merchant does not have access to the card number, expiration date, CVC2/CVV code, or any other sensitive card information. All such data is entered exclusively on the secure ChipCard Hosted Payment Page (HPP).

8.1.9 Security Recommendations

This website may support 3D Secure and other fraud-prevention mechanisms as provided by the payment processor. The Merchant requires User registration prior to purchasing digital services and does not allow guest checkout.

Additional information may be requested to verify User identity if suspicious activity is detected. The Merchant may implement CAPTCHA verification and other security controls to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions. High-value or unusual transactions may be subject to manual verification.

8.1.10 Card Storage & Recurring Payments (MSU / ChipCard)

When you subscribe to P2P Crypto Tracker, you authorize MerchantSafe Unipay (MSU) to securely store your payment card details for the purposes of:

  • Processing monthly recurring subscription charges
  • Automatically renewing your subscription at the end of each billing period
  • Enabling future subscription renewals and payment processing

Your card is securely tokenized (encrypted) and stored only with MSU. We do not have access to your actual card number, expiration date, CVC/CVV code, or other sensitive card details. All card data is managed exclusively by ChipCard a.d. Beograd in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

Your Consent: By proceeding with checkout and explicitly consenting to card storage, you confirm that you understand and accept that your payment card will be stored with MSU for recurring payment processing.

Revoking Consent: You can revoke this consent and discontinue card storage at any time by canceling your subscription or contacting support at office@p2pcryptotracker.com. Card data will be deleted from MSU upon subscription cancellation.

8.2 Payments via Paddle (Merchant of Record)

P2P Crypto Tracker is also sold through Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record for certain territories and products. When you complete a purchase via Paddle:

  • Paddle is the official seller of the software and handles all billing and invoicing.
  • Paddle calculates and remits any applicable taxes (such as VAT, sales tax, or GST) in accordance with local regulations.
  • Paddle securely processes your payment using PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

Your payment may be charged in your local currency, and any currency conversion is handled by Paddle and/or your card issuer. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers; payment information is processed and stored by Paddle or its sub-processors.

9. Refund Policy

P2P Crypto Tracker is a subscription-based digital service. Once access to the Service has been granted and your account activated, you are deemed to have received the digital content.

9.1 Refunds for ChipCard / MSU Payments

For transactions processed via ChipCard / MSU, payments are generally considered final once digital access has been granted. Users may cancel their subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time during the current billing period.

In the event of a billing error or duplicate charge, any refund, if approved, will be issued exclusively by reversing the original transaction back to the same payment card (VISA, EC/MC, Maestro) used for the payment. Refunds cannot be issued in cash or to a different account.

In accordance with applicable EU and Serbian consumer protection rules for digital content, refunds are generally not applicable once access to the Service has been granted, except in cases of technical or billing errors.

9.2 Refunds for Paddle Payments

When you purchase P2P Crypto Tracker via Paddle, all billing and refunds are handled directly by Paddle in accordance with their Buyer Terms and refund policies.

Users may usually request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or the most recent subscription renewal, subject to Paddle's assessment. Users can cancel their subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing, and you will retain full access to the Service for the remainder of your current billing period.

Refunds after the 14-day window are generally not provided, except in cases such as accidental duplicate purchases or technical issues preventing access to the Service, as evaluated by Paddle.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Republic of Serbia with respect to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Service.
